Every care is taken by us to ensure your spider arrives safe and sound, unfortunately, if this is not the case then please inform us immediately within one hour of arrival if your Spider is DOA.

If this is the case we will issue a refund for the spider or replacement.

We will also consider sending a replacement if death occurs within the first 24 hours of arrival.
